They may NOT be resold, redistributed, added to any collection online or off-line, or offered for download from any web site. The graphics within the templates must be used only as supplied. This simply means you may NOT extract images from these templates to use, sell or redistribute as web components elsewhere in any manner. All copyrights to the template remains with Digital Web Gold. ROYALTY FREE LICENSING —
Our fee per template for royalty-free, copyright-free use begins at $350.00 each. This license states you are the sole owner of the template and Digital Web Gold has given up their copyright ownership to you.

CUSTOM DESIGNED TEMPLATES —
If you require pricing for custom designed templates or alterations to existing predesigned templates tailored especially to your business, please contact us for a price quotation. The base starting price will of course depend on the extent of your project. We require a signed contract and retainer fee prior to any custom design work involving large projects.

WHAT YOU GET—
The template price includes HTML page(s) and all the graphics as shown in the preview. Templates are compatible with the leading browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape. Rollovers and CSS are not provided unless stated in the preview description. Text customization or inclusion of your company logo (provided by you) in the header, buttons, banners and other elements is not included in the purchase price. However, we can provide this service as well as rollovers and custom CSS prior to delivery of the template at a minimal cost. Color changes may or may not require additional fees. Contact us if you require any customizations.

PAYMENTS —
Credit Cards via Online: We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. The *secure* online payment link is on each template preview page. Credit card orders will be billed on your statement under the name of "The Final Affect".

Credit Cards via Phone: You may also contact us via phone during normal business hours: (740) 732-4352. If you receive a recorded greeting, please leave a detailed voice message and we will return your call if you are within the USA.

Company Checks: In some cases we will accept company checks with well established corporations; however, a surcharge of $20.00 USD is applied. We prefer another method of payment if at all possible. Company checks will require contact information from you bank and in some cases a delay of 10 working days for the check to clear the bank.

DELIVERY—
Once we receive your approved payment, we will send you the ZIP file and appropriate license agreement via email. The complete process may take up to 24 hours but is generally completed in less than 12 hours. Orders placed during weekends and holidays may cause delivery delays. For security reasons, we do not respond to declined credit card orders. Check the order status page.

REFUNDS—
We are not able to offer refunds once a predesigned template has been delivered. No refunds on custom designed work.
