additional security measure is in the best interest
of our loyal members and our business. When your
payment has been approved, you will receive followup
registration information the same or next business

You Should Know Prior to Registering for a Membership |

• Your purchase of an annual membership is your automatic
acceptance of our terms of use for our images. It is important
that you understand and comply to OUR
TERMS OF USE. The clauses below are only a summary
of the full document:
• Due to the nature of this service, membership enrollments
are nonrefundable.
• Do NOT give your username or password to anyone.
Our system tracks the use of multiple users using the same
login. This information is archived for the purpose of proof
of nonconformance and abuse of our terms. If you abuse our
policy which is "one user per annual subscription",
we will terminate your membership without a refund. This
means you may not share your membership with anyone. If
you have any questions whatsoever, contact
us immediately. Designs firms employing more than one
designer must purchase subscriptions for each designer accessing
the members area.
• WinZip will be required to decompress some of the
larger images in the members section. If you do not have
WinZip, you
may download a trial version.
• You must have JavaScript enabled on your computer
in order to view some of the images.
• Most .GIF file formats are transparent, however,
they may require minimal pixel clean up depending on the
background color/texture on which they are being used.
• Your email address will automatically be entered
on our members mailing list for future announcements, special
discounts, etc. We do not abuse our mailings lists, we do
not disclose your private information, and we use careful
discretion to the frequency of mailings. You may at any
time unsubscribe to this list. See our privacy
statement for further information.
• We reserve the right to change member benefits at
any time without prior notice. Business relationships change
on a regular basis as does the Internet, therefore, we cannot
guarantee that each benefit that is listed when you register
will be available through the term of your membership. We
recommend that if you are interested in our partners' special
offers, that you take advantage of the offer as soon as
it is announced. All news relative to memberships will be
posted on a special announcement page and emailed to our
members mailing list.
• We reserve the right to modify our Terms
of Use at any time to clarify particular situations
for every as they arise.

We Are NOT |
• You will not find cheap, canned, generic
clipart or web graphics on our site. We take pride in the
products and services we provide at such a low annual fee.
Our experience in web graphic design and web site design goes
back as far as 1996 when the Internet was primarily dominated
by geeks. I guess that's makes us one of the geeks. ;)
But that's fine. We love what we do, and do it because we
enjoy it. Not because we are getting rich by any means. We
don't copy/steal other designers' site concept and make bogus
claims to steal their customers. One thing you can be perfectly
sure of is that we will not tell you we are the largest metallic
graphic site or state other misinformation just to make a
buck. We are not unethical in our business practices, very
fair business people and have good personal morals.
• We do NOT charge extra for web developers to use our
products. We do however require each developer to purchase
their own individual membership. Web design firms must purchase
a membership for each of their designers. No exceptions. Be
sure to read our terms of use
to avoid problems.
• We are not like other image subscription services you
see online. Our work is original, our style unique and our
ideas are endless and our own. You will not see our work and
ideas in countless online subscription collections. If you
do, notify us immediately. They are using our images illegally,
stealing our intellectual property and will be pursued in
an appropriate legal matter regardless of cost or country
of origin.
• We are not a huge corporation. We are a small design
firm. This is the way we make our living, and our passion
for what we do is said to reflect in our quality, professional
workmanship. That's great news for you, because as the end
user you web sites reap the golden rewards. |
